The Owl's favorite way to cook up some fresh turkey for burgers, side, soup or salads. Brown on the stove, and then pop in the oven for thorough, moist cooking...Hard to believe how easy & great this is!
- Mix 1 lb Turkey with seasoning and olive oil
- Brown on the stovetop in an oven-safe skillet
- Move to preheated 360F oven
- Cook 12-18 minutes or until DONE
- Cut it up and eat it!
Empty 1LB turkey into mixing bowl
Season liberally and add a little olive oil (about 1 TBS)
Heat up an oven-safe frying pan with a little olive oil
Add in Turkey and smooth out into a huge patty- Brown on Med-High heat for about 5 minutes.
Flip (you can do it!) and put into the preheated oven 360F
Cook 12-18 minutes or until juice is clear, and turkey is thoroughly cooked (safest way to check is to use a thermometer)
Make burger patties, crumble on salad, put it in leftover soup, or plate with some kimchi and coconaise....
