A DELICIOUS AND VERSATILE MARINADE GREAT FOR SALMON, WHITEFISH, SHELLFISH AND MORE
This tasty marinade is great for grilling, pan frying or broiling! This blend is made specifically with the flavors of salmon in mind, but works great on a variety of shellfish and whitefish including scallops, pacific cod, black cod and more. Begin marinating fish 1-6 hours before cooking for best results.
- 1/2C Olive Oil
- 1/4C lemon juice
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Blend ingredients in bowl, reserve 1/4C for basting
- Place remaining marinade in a flat dish or large resealable bag, add salmon and coat generously
- Marinate for at least 30min before cook time
- Begin cooking seafood and use extra marinade to keep moist until cooked to desired doneness
